To my fellow Central Pennsylvania HFMA members,

As we step into a new year, I’m both honored and energized to serve as your President. This year’s theme, LEAD NOW, isn’t just a call to action — it’s a mindset. In times of rapid change and complex challenges across our healthcare landscape, we can’t afford to wait for the “right time” to step up. Leadership starts with each of us, right now.

Bridging the payor-provider divide

We believe collaboration is the antidote to fragmentation. Whether you’re on the payor or provider side (or somewhere in between), we share the same goal — delivering better outcomes for patients and communities. This year, we’ll be focusing on creating more opportunities for dialogue, learning, and partnership between sectors. Expect more joint events, targeted content, and open forums that bring diverse perspectives together.

And when it comes to our membership experience — we’re raising the bar. From mentorship programs to fresh networking formats, our chapter is committed to helping you grow, connect, and lead. Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a long-time member, there’s something new here for you. We’re listening, and we’re building this year around you.
