Welcome to the HFMA Nevada Chapter!
My name is Hailee Long, and I am deeply honored to serve as your 2025–2026 Chapter President.
Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of connecting with many of you, and for those I haven’t yet met, I’d like to share a bit about myself. I was born and raised in Utah, and for the past 15 years, I’ve proudly called both California and Nevada home. I’m passionate about the outdoors and love traveling with my husband and our two dogs. Professionally, I have spent more than 15 years in healthcare—spanning Finance, Operations, and Strategy—and currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada and Managing Partner for its affiliate companies.
As we begin this new chapter, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing board members. Your leadership, vision, and tireless dedication have been instrumental in shaping the Nevada Chapter into a vibrant, forward-thinking community. You have built a legacy of excellence, collaboration, and integrity that empowers us to continue advancing the profession and serving our members with purpose.
To our incoming leadership board and all members of the HFMA Nevada Chapter, I am inspired by the incredible potential we hold as a community of healthcare finance professionals. Together, we are not only navigating change—we are leading it. The landscape of healthcare continues to evolve rapidly, and our chapter is committed to helping members thrive by embracing innovation, strengthening collaboration, and driving meaningful progress on the most critical issues of our time, including:

This year, our top priority is enhancing member and business partner engagement through expanded networking, education, and professional development opportunities.
