The Montana Chapter of HFMA is committed to ensuring valuable educational content and quality speakers for our chapter members. As a MT HFMA business partner, your company will be provided with a wealth of recognition opportunities. You will see your organization’s name and logo on pertinent market materials, including social media, signage at chapter events, and inclusion in our monthly e-mail newsletter the “Montana Minute.” You will gain in-person exposure at our conferences and depending on the sponsorship category, your website could be linked to our website, one of our most valuable tools for members.

Diamond ($2800 annual fee)
- Guaranteed Lunch and Learn, one time per year
- Special recognition at conference business luncheon meeting during Fall and Spring Conference
- First opportunity to sponsor social networking events.
- Acknowledgement on the MT Chapter website and link to the partner’s webpage
- Complimentary exhibitor booth at both Fall and Spring Conferences. This includes 4 free individual conference registrations for business partners or for your provider of choice.
- Attendee list from Fall and Spring Conferences (includes name, title and organization)
Platinum ($1800 annual fee)
- Lunch and Learn opportunity based on availability
- Special recognition at conference business luncheon meeting during Fall and Spring Conference
- Acknowledgement on the MT Chapter website and link to the partner’s webpage
- Complimentary exhibitor booth at both Fall and Spring Conferences. This includes 3 free individual conference registrations for business partners or for your provider of choice.
- Attendee list from Fall and Spring Conferences (includes name, title and organization)
Gold ($1400 annual fee)
- Special recognition at conference business luncheon meeting during Fall and Spring Conference
- Acknowledgement on the MT Chapter website and link to the partner’s webpage
- Complimentary exhibitor booth at both Fall and Spring Conferences. This includes 2 free individual conference registrations for business partners or for your provider of choice.

Chapter Supporter ($700)
- Special recognition at conference business luncheon meeting during Fall and Spring Conference
