Hello, HFMA Idaho Chapter Members!
I am honored and excited to step into the role of President for the 2025–2026 term for the Idaho Chapter of HFMA. As we embrace this year’s journey, l would like to first take a moment to recognize and thank the prior President, Bray Manderson as he led our chapter for the past 2.5 years! Your guidance, encouragement, and genuine commitment to our chapter’s success have made a lasting impact—not just on our organization, but on me personally. Thank you for your friendship and being a source of strength that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Your contributions have helped shape a strong foundation for the year ahead, and I look forward to building upon the legacy you’ve created. Thank you, Bray!
I’m thrilled to serve as your chapter president and to share in the momentum of this year’s national theme: “Lead the Way.” Introduced by HFMA Chair Brian Kirwan, this theme calls on each of us to be bold, forward-thinking leaders in our organizations and communities.
Here in Idaho, we know the unique challenges our healthcare systems face—rural access, workforce shortages, and the need for financial sustainability. But we also know the power of innovation, collaboration, and resilience. That’s why our chapter is committed to creating opportunities for you to grow, connect, and lead.
This year, we’re focusing on:
- Empowering leadership at every level—Expanding educational offerings that address both general and Idaho-specific financial, revenue cycle and regulatory issues.
- Continue to engage and build our community—because strong relationships are the foundation of strong leadership.
- Committed to delivering valuable experiences at our events – Your feedback is essential in helping us continuously enhance their impact and relevance.
Whether you’re a seasoned executive or just beginning your career in healthcare revenue cycle or finance, you have a role to play in leading the way forward. I encourage you to get involved—attend an event, join a committee, or simply reach out to a fellow member. Your voice, expertise, and passion make our Idaho HFMA community stronger.
