When considering a technology vendor, we recommend healthcare leaders consider a few key areas of quality and effectiveness. For one, the product they are assessing must be able to provide accurate data that teams can rely on to drive decisions. Another critical consideration is the software’s ability to improve productivity within the organization.

Healthcare leaders need to be able to empower their teams with advanced tools for efficient and accountable performance management and continuous improvement. For this reason, leaders must also consider the product’s ease of use.
