How to Get Involved in CAQH CORE’s Work

The goal of the CAQH CORE value-based payment (VBP) initiative is to develop its first set of guidelines in 2019. The CAQH CORE VBP Advisory Group, a set of 11 stakeholders that will guide the focus of the work, is currently evaluating opportunity areas that will have the greatest impact on VBP. Once those areas are selected, they will be assigned to subgroups to develop guidelines.

As CAQH CORE begins forming these subgroups, it needs all stakeholders at the table, especially those in the provider setting focused on implementing and administering VBP models. CAQH CORE is also holding regular educational webinars on VBP implementation. CAQH invites all interested parties to send an e-mail message to core@caqh.org to receive information on becoming engaged in the process, including subgroup participation and webinar attendance.
