Q: What are the healthcare industry standards for the number and dollar amount of insurance claims worked for a collector per day, week, and month? 

A: Unfortunately, there are no industry standards or KPIs available at this time. However, providers seem to focus on insurance claims that are older than 90 days, and averages between 15 and 20 percent.
