HFMA Final Rule Summary: Advancing Care Coordination Through Episodic Payment Models

In order to shorten this comprehensive summary of the final rule implementing three new Medicare Parts A and B episode payment models (EPMs), modifications to the existing Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model, and the Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) Incentive Payment model, we have broken it into three sections.
