CY 2020 OPPS/ASC Final Rule Executive Summary

CMS released the calendar year 2020 final rule describing the changes to the amounts and factors used to determine the payment rates for Medicare services paid under the hospital outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) payment system on Nov. 1, 2019. The final rule is effective on January 1, 2020.
