RSI also offers Insurance Follow-Up, managing claims from initial filing to secondary or tertiary claims, handling denials, credit balances, eligibility verification, appeals, and assisting with payer contracts. Additionally, RSI provides Third-Party Liability (TPL) Claims and Liens services, maximizing recovery from responsible parties, managing claim denials, negotiating with carriers or attorneys, filing medical liens, and handling patient collections when applicable.
