This survey was conducted to capture insights from health system executives regarding their interactions with health plans, the challenges they face in the revenue cycle, and their perspectives on the implementation of AI solutions. Specifically, the survey explored executives’ views on how AI could improve the payer-provider relationship and optimize revenue cycle management. Additionally, the survey examined key barriers to AI adoption and implementation within health systems.
